Report tax fraud such as:

1. Not reporting all tax collections;
2. Suppressing sales as a means of reducing the amount of tax owing;
3. Generating falsified invoices or no invoice (cash sale) to reduce the amount of tax owing (taking cash “under the table”);
4. Operating equipment in Saskatchewan without paying the required PST;
5. Consuming/using goods in Saskatchewan without paying the required PST; or
6. Using tax-reduced dyed diesel for non-farming purposes (fuel diversion).

You can verify whether a business holds an active Provincial Sales Tax vendor’s licence or registered consumer number by using the Provincial Sales Tax On-Line Registry.

Provide the following information, if possible:

1. Names and contact information of the individual or business, such as:
   • Address, phone, email, etc.;
   • Business name;
   • Name of shareholders (if a corporation); and
   • Related companies.
2. Type of tax avoidance you suspect:
   • Provincial Sales Tax;
   • Liquor Consumption Tax;
   • Fuel Tax (fuel diversion);
   • Non-filing of tax or not registered to operate in the province; or
   • Fraudulent refund claims.
3. Specific details of the allegations (what, where, when, who and how, etc.)
4. Does the person or business deal in cash only? What is done with the cash?
5. Supporting documents (invoices, contracts, financial statements, etc.)
6. Asset information (types of equipment operated, asset listings, etc.)
